Returns

Any claims for wrongly delivered, damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

Shipping cost for returned items will be covered by the buyer except when the wrong item is received.

 If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please use the “Contact Us” form located in the store’s menu.

We do not offer returns for buyer’s remorse.


Exchanges

All sales are final.

Once an item is claimed and paid for, it's officially yours - no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Not sure about the fit?

Just ask! We're happy to provide measurements (waist, length, bust, shoulders, etc.) before purchase so you know exactly what you're getting.

Keep in mind:

Sizing is based on how each item fits now, not necessarily what's on the original tag.

Everything we sell is secondhand and vintage, which means it's lived a little - light signs of wear are totally normal.

Any major flaws will always be mentioned in the product post.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please reach us by filling the “Contact Us” form located in the store’s menu, with photos of wrong or damaged items and we’ll gladly sort it out for you.

Please keep in mind that all of our pieces are second hand and/or vintage meaning that they have minor wearing signs. If the piece has a mayor issue these will be in the description of the item. Please read product descriptions carefully as we will not offer returns or refunds if minor wear signs of wear.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

We currently ship within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

Puerto Rico shipping starts at $6

U.S. shipping starts at $8

Final rates may vary depending on the weight of your order.

Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number. From that point on, delivery is in the hands of USPS. Segun Damanito is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage that happens in transit.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout - we're not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
